Our team will shoot your event in 4k and make it look grand, glamorous, fun, smart and important. We use steadicams, dollies and drones. We can shoot interviews and edit a longer story or create a quick sizzle reel for social. Our team includes a large stable of producers, shooters, editors and animators and we can scale to meet any production size. And we do all this at a reasonable cost and we scale our rates for non-profit organizations. Oh, and if you need a photographer, we’ve got you covered too.

Pre-Production
The first step is to discuss what style video
you're looking to produce for your live
event, party, brand activation, fundraising
gala or conference.
Some questions we'll ask: Do you want us to film interviews with key stakeholders, speakers or guests? Do you want to capture all of the speeches at your event? What style and feel do you want your video to have?
For here, we will develop a budget for the event. We will think about
how many people we need on our team,
what equipment we'll need, how long
the shoot will take. Once we've both agreed to the terms, NYCEV will book our production team, scout your venue (we've worked at most event spaces in NYC) and plan the shoot.
What We Do
Production
Depending on the type of event, our team will arrive with enough time to work with the venue staff and in-house a/v team. We will set up for any interviews or live-streaming. If your event is a multi-camera shoot, such as a TEDx event or large conference, we will need to set up and run tests the day before.
Our production team are professionals
and have decades of experience filming
at hi-end events all over the globe.
Post-Production
Our editors then work with you to cut the video to your specifications. We can make whatever you want. Often, we're edit a 1-3 minute overview video and then out of that create shorter sharable videos for social. We then give you 2-3 opportunities to comment and make changes to the rough cut of the video. Whatever you want, we can do. And fast. We guarantee delivery within a month of the event.
